Are the prices of the online store and our MOST & MOST shops the same?
Prices for products sold on the website, are exclusively valid for orders placed on the web and do not necessarily reflect those of our stores. Prices are always in EURO and include the currently valid VAT.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes, except for those products with traditional processes, in which there could be a slight difference in the finish.
Is it possible to receive regular information in my e-mail with the latest news and offers from MOST & MOST?
Yes. Just accessing Newsletter and entering your email, you will receive information on the latest MOST & MOST news and offers. If you later want to unsubscribe from the Newsletter service, simply send an email to the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the text "BAJA NEWSLETTER".
How I can recover my password?
If you forgot your password you only have to access this link or via the user panel located in the upper right hand corner (enter) and on the Login page click the link "Forgot Password?" where you can recover your password.
How can I be sure I have completed my purchase?
Once the order is completed you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive this, please contact our customer service department (Use the webform or send an email to email@example.com).
Can I know in what state my order is in?
When your order has left the warehouse, you will receive either an email or text message.
Can I delete any items from my order?
Yes. From the shopping cart you can remove items that do you not like, as long as your order has not processed.
What I should do if I receive a faulty item?
Mostandmost.com, only sells items in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally you do recive an item with a fault, contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not accept returned goods if you have not advised us of the fault beforehand. On recceip you order you have 5 days to inform us of any faults the product may have.
Mostandmost.com, will bear all costs of collection of the faulty product/s and subsequent delivery of the new product / s, provided that, after examining them we confirm the ecistence of said fault.
A refund or replacement will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of the date on which mostandmost.com, sends an email to the customer confirming the requested product replacement or refund.
In the assumption that the product can not be replaced by another identical one, the amount paid will be reimbursed entirely to the customer, including the costs incurred to deliver the product. Refunds will be issued by the same system used for payment, within 30 days from receipt of the return.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If ever you get an item that you have not ordered, please contact our customer service department (Use the webform or send an email to email@example.com).
