Can I change my articles?
Yes, you have two options:
- In our MOST & MOST stores, presenting the purchase receipt and always with an item of equal or higher price.
- Through the WEB, also with an item of equal or greater value.
What is the deadline to change?
The exchange period is 7 working days, from the date of receiving the item.
There will be no exchange and / or return of products that are not in the same condition in which Customer received or accepted the changes and / or refunds that have not been previously validated. No amendments or refunds on party items, accessories, swimwear and lingerie (unless there is a fault).
