Where I can get my order?

You can receive it in the address you choose: home, work ... (not in PO) or in one of our MOST & MOST boutiques.

How long will it take to get my order?

The maximum time limit for delivery is thirty (30) days, as stated by the Law. However, the normal delivery MOST & MOST is 2 to 10 days, starting from the date of the order.

What is the process for home delivery?

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an e-mail confirming shipment (when your order will leave the warehouse), another with a tracking number (with a link to the website of the courier company) and finally the carrier will contact you, via a text message or e-mail, to inform you of the delivery date.

¿What is the process of delivery at store?

If you have chosen store delivery, you will be notified when the goods are in the shop via a cell phone text message or telephone. You will have a period of 5 days to pick it up. You must present your order number and the ID of the person who will pick it up. In the event that the client delegates to another person to collet the order, this must be authorized by the customer by letter, signed, stating the name and ID of the delegate, and express mention of the number of the order. Most and Most will keep this letter.
